What’s included (shell package) Price includes the core structure and exterior features: Galvanized steel frame (rust-resistant, heavy-duty, long-lasting) Built for strength and stability, including tougher environments like coastal / seaside conditions. Exterior metal finish + metal framing Insulated wall panels (Rockwool or EPS polystyrene) Designed for strong thermal performance, comfort, and added fire resistance. Front door Windows: front window + side window Vent Overhang + overhang base (great for weather protection and curb appeal) Delivery + installation (Sacramento region) Prefab modules are delivered and installed by our crew for quality control and proper fit. We only deliver/install within 75 miles of Sacramento. Delivery/installation estimate: $250–$400 (final quote depends on your city/site access).
